Board Member
Fiona's interest in the Society began at a planting event at Ohinetahi Bush some months following the 2017 Port Hills fire. She continues to participate in habitat restoration activities undertaken by Society volunteers, and enjoys the sense of purpose and achievement these activities provide.
This involvement has strengthened her appreciation of the Port Hills and she especially enjoys the sense of remoteness in those areas accessible only by foot or bike.
Fiona brings her experience with a similar group and employment in local government planning and policy development to the Board.
